Animating old people

What’s old really. We all think we’re the right age. Anyone younger is a baby. Anyone older is ancient. We all grew up in different times and different places. We therefore perceive differently. Communicate differently. Fight differently. Shared experiences, passions, and languages unite. Maybe it’s marketing, but the 70s idea of modern enterprise had the same offices, same politics, same fads. Just no internet. Or Spotify. So maybe that’s what an office actually is. A shared language we agree to speak to achieve an outcome. The old have been speaking it longer. Restlessly. And we continuously teach them our new words, in our old ways. To uphold this shared, living, bootstrapped language.
