5. Where analytics data goes
- Matomo analytics data is processed on our systems and retained in line with our analytics settings.
- OpenReplay session recordings are processed on our systems to understand usability issues; recordings are only started after analytics consent.
- Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred outside the UK/EEA; where this happens, Google provides appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). See Google's Privacy Policy for more detail on how Google itself handles this data.
Where avoidable, these tools are not used to identify you personally — we do not knowingly link analytics or replay data to an individual's name or contact details unless you have provided that information and consented to that level of tracking.
6. Your rights
