Onboarding. I've done it again. And I keep doing it. I keep clients for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. I thought it was an issue for a decade. More places. More people. Then I thought I just must be poor at communicating. Poor at cooperating. Maybe. It's something to observe. I definitely can't pass my OOH peeps onto LTS.
